SLT Member	Biography
	Executive Headteacher Mr D Constable-Phelps Mr Constable-Phelps was one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors at Ofsted until February 2022. He has been a Headteacher twice before, as well as being a School Improvement Leader for a successful London multi-academy trust. In addition to his Executive Leadership at Mason Moor and Valentine Primary School, he is also Headteacher at St. Mary's Church of England Primary School in Southampton, which received an Outstanding OFSTED inspection in October 2023 .
	Head of School Ms F Bauck Ms Bauck has worked at one of our partnership schools St. Mary’s for seven years. During this time she has worked as a class teacher, phase leader and most recently as a Senior Leader. Her specialisms include Mathematics and Assessment. Ms Bauck leads on Teacher Development as well as supporting teaching and learning.
	Deputy Headteacher for Inclusion  Ms D Ashbolt-Smith Ms Ashbolt-Smith was previously senior leader in a Southampton Special School.  She led on outreach support for pupils’ exhibiting challenging behavioural communication, in mainstream primary and secondary schools. She is a qualified SENCo and has extensive knowledge and training in ACEs, Attachment and Behavioural difficulties. Ms Ashbolt-Smith leads training for staff in de-escalation techniques as well as supporting staff to understand the communication behind behaviours.
