We are looking to recruit a Phase Leader with responsibility for Key Stage Two from September 2019.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we re-structure our Senior Leadership Team to ensure sustained and continual improvement across our school. We would welcome applications from talented and ambitious teachers who have the drive and energy to succeed.

- Is passionate about learning and has the ability to motivate and inspire children and staff.
- Can demonstrate exemplary classroom practice and high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
- Has a proven track record of raising attainment and accelerating progress with an understanding of the potential barriers to learning.
- Has an excellent understanding of the curriculum and assessment across the primary school age range.
- Takes a proactive approach to school improvement.
- Has experience of or a drive to lead, support and develop other staff.
- Is a strategic thinker, able to manage change.
- Is highly motivated to develop further professionally.
